    I hope you can help

When a notification email from WPForms is sent to a user we have created a noreply@****** email address which then rejects any replies at the server.

When the notification is received on outlook mail client it shows the correct ‘Reply to:’ email address.

When the notifications are received on iphone’s mail client it shows the sites admin email address.

I downloaded the ‘Outlook’ app on the iphone and it works as intended so I’m guessing this is an iOS mail client issue. Any reports on this in the past?

    Hi @noelawill,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

From your description, it does seem that this issue might be related to the iOS mail client. As of now, I couldn’t locate any recent reports that specifically mention the problem you’ve described.

When you get a chance, please provide the following details to take a closer look.
    – The iOS version you are using.
    – The version of the Mail app on your iPhone.

In the meantime, I would recommend ensuring that your iOS and the Mail app are both updated to the latest versions, as updates often provide fixes for such issues. Once updated, please retest to see if the problem persists.

    Thanks!

    Hi @darshanaw

It seems WP forms picked up on it in their latest update.

    Thanks anyway
