Reply to sender (not to me)

Hi,
Not sure which step I am missing but emails that come to me from the website form (arriving on cpanel mail or into outlook), when I click reply they send back to my email address and not to the sender. I know I can copy and paste the email address into the send field but I keep forgetting to do that and just type reply and send.

Is there a way to make it reply to customers/sender instead? Had a search on forum but most related to which email I want my emails to come to eg nickki@mysite etc
