Currently we have the “Reply To” field going to “E-mail:”.

However, when we receive the email in gmail, and click reply, the email is sent to our own business address.

There is a field that contains a link to the sender’s email address but we want to be able to just click on “Reply” in the email program and have it go to the sender.

    Is this possible?

I think you say to put the following in the “Reply To”:
    User-Submitted Email Address

    From your manual:
Reply to:(if different from “Email From”). Here you can specify the email address the administrator can reply to. If you have an email address field in your form, you can use this user-submitted email address.

How do we specify the User-Submitted Email Address/

    Hello!

If I understand correctly, you wish to receive the submission email from the email address of the user and reply to that same address.

If so, you need to use the following setup for Email Options > Email to Administrator section.

    • Email to send submissions to: fill in your email address,
    • Email From: select the email field, the value of which will be used as the sender email.

The Reply to option is only used if you wish to reply to an email address different from Email From option.

Please let me know in case you have questions.
    Cheers!

    Hello Agapi,

I’m having the same issue, but the Sender e-mail address is my Server not the user’s email address so when I set the Reply-to field to E-mail, it would reply to the server email address. I would like it to use the Sender’s email address. Can you please advise what should be entered? I did some research and some used {3} but that didn’t work for me.

    Thank you.

    Frank
