Reply to ticket is not working..

    Hi,
    Thanks for your great plugin. However, I have an issue with replies.
    I’m using the free version of the plugin. One f my users created a ticket, and I replied, He replied back and now I can’t reply him anymore. I write the response and when I press post reply, the page refreshes but my answer is not there. So, is there any limitation on replies, cause as an admin, I can’t reply him back for second time. Just to inform you, I have closed the ticket after my first response and he opened it again but replying to his ticket.

    There are not any limit. It may some other problem.
