I just validated agains the Elementor Forms and it uses:
“[email protected]” <[email protected]>

And there is no issue on Outlook

I understand you want to know about properly formatting email addresses for Outlook recipients.

We have discovered that Outlook is particular with the format of the Reply To field.. We found that the way to address this is to add the value of the Reply To address like this :
Name [email protected]
Using the merge tags you could set the value like this :
{field:name} <{field:email}>
or
{field:first_name} {field:last_name} <{field:email}>
After changing to the value, Outlook should see the email address like this :
Mia [email protected]
