    First I would love to see the ability to mark a comment as replied manually. As sometimes I have to reply to comments privately via email.

    Second here is an idea that would be even cooler and could make this plugin absolutely brilliant and very successful…
    What I would like to be able to do is from the comments admin click reply, type my comment and then choose whether it sends my reply via email (privately) or is posted to the front end. Doing this will allow people to manage comments all within the admin without using an outside email. Then it will always keep track of all replies whether sent via email or posted.

  • Sending a reply via email is quite a ways outside of the scope of this plugin, sorry.

    Manually marking a comment as replied is on our list.
