Report all abandoned carts, not just those with customer details

Feature suggestion:
Show all abandoned carts, not just those where the customer entered some details before abandoning the cart. This will provide a better measure of how many carts are being abandoned.

Rationale:
I am currently using this plugin in several stores to track the number of abandoned carts and the contents of those carts.

One of the stores with this plugin has another abandoned cart plugin installed by an earlier developer. It reports all abandoned carts, not just those with customer details. Having this data is invaluable in understanding customer behaviour on the site.

For me, it would be a big improvement to this plugin to be able view all anonymous abandoned carts as well. I imagine there should be an option to enable/disable the capture of anonymous carts (not everyone will want it), along with a “purge” option to remove anonymous abandoned carts after a period of time has elapsed. This could be set on a timer (e.g. purge after 21 days) and/or manually by the admin. A filter option to when viewing the list of abandoned carts would also be useful (show all, show anonymous only, show carts with customer details).
