It might be due a JS conflict, could you please check this tutorial https://doc.usersultra.com/how-to-troubleshoot-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/?

Sometimes, a JS error is triggered, if that happens, UU will stop working.

Let me know if that helps a few

Thank you for your answer. I deactivate all plugins and change my theme, but the problem still.

I see Users Ultra demo sites (lite and PRO), and login with my account, but the problem it′s the same, vote is always 1.

Other solution is possible?… Best regards,

Perhaps, we’re not on the same track :). I’m checking the gallery here on the live demo Users Ultra Photo Gallery.

When i click on the stars rating i see a confirmation message and the vote changes.

Could you please send us the link of your website?

Yes, the rating changes, but not voters or votes count.

The same situation… vote cast not change with new votes. Rating changes the last vote, but I suppose, the result should be the sum of votes.
