We did tests. Anti-spam protection works on report content form if the “Custom Contact forms” option enabled.

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings

Is there a place in the spam filter, where I could see a log of IP addresses reports have been sent from?
