If so, this is not part of the Google Analytics plugin – I’ll ask a moderator to move this to the WooCommerce Core forum.

Specific to your query, any CSV download email will be sent to the email of the WordPress user who requested the report – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#download-to-csv
