Report inappropriate MEDIA attachments button through my grid building plugin

Hello guys I have this plugin WP Gridbuilder and there are options to add a card to the grid which can also have block on it for example author block to click on and get redirected to the author page of that uploaded image in the grid etc. I would like to add a block that functions as a report button in order to avoid inappropriate media image content uploaded by my users. I use only upload_files for my user capabilities so I am not taking about posting , just media file jpg, png and gif uploads to my media library that are then displayed , presented in a grid by user role with role__in function. As this will be open for everyone , I need to have other users report bad uploads that will be sent to my email adress in order for me to remove these. My plugin provider suggested I could do that by creating a custom block for the card builder: https://docs.wpgridbuilder.com/resources/filter-blocks/ With custom block I could add my own logic with PHP , they said.

If someone can help me with that PHP logic to add to my functions.php that would be great.
