Report is inaccurate

It took me a VERY long time to finally figure out why my Woocommerce detailed report was not matching PRODUCT SALES REPORT FOR WOOCOMMERCE. The report is double-subtracting refunded items toward the totals (both items and dollar amounts) even when “include orders with status: Refunded” is unchecked. This is making the totals inaccurate. Example.
December Actual Sales:
100 Widgets sold for $100 total
5 Widgets refunded for $5 total
Actual monthly sales minus refunded items: 95 widgets for $95December Total displayed on Report when “Refunded” is unchecked:
90 Widgets sold for $90December Total displayed on Report when “Refunded” is checked:
95 Widgets sold for $95
