    Hello

I sent two more tickets before this message and you both left no reply
I do not know the reason
But I will send a message to report another problem

Please Like the old version of the mobile menu, make it a horizontal sidebar
Make the menu on your mobile a horizontal sidebar
The vertical menu is not interesting for stores that have many options

In the latest version, the menu theme has a problem
When you open the menu on mobile and we want to see the lower options
    The menu disappears automatically

  • Hi @reza465,

Please let me know the ticket ID and I will check it with the team. If it gets delays, I will try to speed it up.

To make a horizontal menu on mobile, you can disable the Stack on Mobile of the Menu element. With a little tweak, you can have a mobile menu like seen in this screenshot.

And regarding the disappearing menu on mobile, this is a known issue and our dev team is working to fix it. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello

    Thank you for your answer

But I mean the menu I show in the video
Because in the previous two or three versions, the menu on mobile was in the form of the following video

    [video src="https://digit-shop.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Horizontal-menu.mp4" /]

Addresses where my tickets are unanswered
    The following are two cases

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/report-pagination-display-error/
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/only-horizontal-menu-not-vertical/

    Thanks.

    Hi @reza465,

Thank you for the video. However, I still don’t get you. So sorry for my lack ??

Anyway, are sure you are using Astra theme on your site? It doesn’t look like the Astra theme?

And regarding the two other topics you mentioned, when you said tickets I thought it was the tickets you submitted thru our Support Portal.

As mentioned here, please open a ticket thru our Support Portal if you are looking for a support as we don’t monitor this forum.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello

After 3 weeks of hard work, I fixed the home page and many CSS issues with the Astara theme.

And I’m waiting for the Astara template to be uploaded to my store website (website below)

    https://digit-shop.com

But in the new updates, the menu on mobile has changed and is not interesting at all

Please pick up your mobile phone and type in the address below

    https://digit-buy.ir

    I mean
In the past (two or three previous versions) the menu on mobile would open as above (horizontally)??

But now it opens to the bottom ??
And creates a long scrolling path and is not customer friendly for stores that have many menu options (website below)

    https://red.digit-buy.ir

Please reset the mobile menu display
So I can use it on my main site

    I am waiting ??

    Thank you.

    Hi @reza465,

I think I get you now. By horizontally, did you mean Flyout? Refer to this screenshot.

    Did I understand you correctly?

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

It took a long time but it was worth it
I did not think it could be clicked there either
And there are options for setting the menu

But if you produce videos and it shows all the sections, many of these user problems will be solved automatically.

    But it is interesting
Shows that theme programmers have thought of everything ??

But I have a new problem that I have to open with a new title (additional CSS in tablet and mobile display)

This case has been resolved. ?

    Thanks Herman

    Hi @reza465,

Yes, I should understand you earlier rather than keep this as a long thread ?? So sorry for my lack.

Well, since all is good now, please mark the topic as Resolved.

Have a nice day and stay safe!

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
