Report shows zero recoverable orders

Hi, the plugin is active and the settings seem all right. After couple of days it still shows absolutely no data in the Report tab even though I am sure there were some abandoned carts and incomplete orders.
I have SMPT set and test e-mails arrive correctly, but this has probably nothing to do with it. My default WP cron is active.
What could be the problem?
