report t & Arabic language

    I have two problems :

    1- The data that appears from the reports is in unknown symbols.

    2- When writing in Arabic, symbols also appear with strange symbols – does the program support the Arabic language? Are there any solutions to support the Arabic language?

    Hello, thanks for reporting the issue.

    Could you please clarify. Does the problem only appear during data export or do you also see broken characters on the page in the browser?

    @funcampae I have not been able to reproduce the problem locally. Could you please send your exported CSV file to [email protected]?

    Thanks for sending the file.

    So this appears to be a known problem with Microsoft Excel. Some information is available here https://hilton.org.uk/blog/csv-excel.

    In order to “properly” open a CSV in Excel, you need to import it and specify UTF-8 encoding.

    Another option is to implement a separate “Export CSV (Excel)” that would create a special CSV file with UTF-8 BOM character. I will look into implementing this option.
