Report to Register Users

I am developing a site for a client, and they want their admin to be able log in, choose a user and send a report them that includes time that the admin was at their site (pull-down menu of times), time they left, a brief message, and even attach a pic.

There are so many plugins out there, any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like some pretty specific functionality – you may need to have a plugin developed for you.
