Reported as not SPAM! but still Post Denied

Hello,
Sorry for my bad english.
Cleantalk marked a comment as Spam and Denied the post. It’s a real post and I marked it “Reported as not Spam” and added the author in the white list.
But the comment is still marked as “Post Denied” in cleantalk board.
I can’t see the post in my wordpress board. What can I do to accept the comment and see it after the article where it should be?
I don’t see any option in the Cleantalk board to publish the post.
