• I’ve been a user of this product for almost a year now. I am extremely happy with it and it works very well with my site. However when your support is out, you are on your own… You can’t even submit bugs!

    ‘I discovered a bug where a customer in the US was ordering accidently selected “US Minor Outlaying Islands” instead of “United States” they got free shipping. I am using a US Postal Service live shipping calculator.’

    I submitted this bug with a screenshot of the order (with customer’s data obfuscated), and they said I contacted sales (using “the bug report form”) and I would need to go through premium support.

    Hello:

    If support runs out, you can still submit a bug, just need to go to ‘My Account’ and login and there is a bug submission form. sorry that was unclear. Even if support runs out and you choose not to continue with active support, we leave the bug submission form available to all members and users.

    If you feel you do need full support from a developer or technician, then you are required to active support to have someone look into the issue on your system.

    We will also look into this issue with USPS as well.

    To be fair I had an issue with a customers site with a similar, silly bug, I reported it online and despite being well out of the support contract they fixed the problem very quickly at no charge.
