Reporting a problem in WordPress 2.6

  • Hi,

    I am trying the WordPress 2.6 Beta 1 code on a Windows XP and I get the following error when I login and click on “Write” in the admin page:

    date()[function.date]: Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), January 1, 1970 … \public_html\wp-includes\functions.php on line 107

    Where can I report the problem?
