Reporting a WordPress Blog for Violations of TOS

Is it a .com blog or a self hosted blog? And which of the TOS does it violate?

Doesn’t violate anything yet, but it will. Long story.

The TOS it will violate is writing libelous statements about individuals who are not part of the public domain. This character has stalked/harrassed/bullied several people over the last couple years. We have had to learn how to get his stuff removed when possible and this newest attempt looked possible. He has had a website devoted to his pet hatreds before, but that was a private website and we didn’t even attempt to go to the hosting company or anything. He let that domain lapse and this is his latest offering.
