Reporting email isn't changing with admin update

For reporting, I wish to have an email sent to the site’s admin. The admin for this website has changed, so I removed the old account. However, the email address for the removed account is still displaying in the Updraft settings under reporting. I have logged out, logged back in, opened in an incognito window, etc.
I need it to go to the new site admin address. This appears to be a bug because the email address displaying no longer exists in our user accounts. I would expect it to choose from the current admin, or at least let me select one admin address to send it to.
