    Hi there,

    We get the maximum memory using ini_get('memory_limit') which should show the maximum available memory.

    We have not had any issues with this and we think this is the best standard way to get the maximum available memory. If you have any thoughts on this, we will be happy if you share them with us.

    Unfortunately each system is different, so that it’s quite difficult for us to trace this issue. The function used to get the memory limit is a standard function and should work correctly on all systems.
