Reports broken links for scheduled posts (WP5)

Yeah I know it’s sort of abandoned. The original developer sold it to the owner of ManageWP and unfortunately they don’t pay much attention to support and requests.

But I thought I post the issue here anyway.

If you’re willing to pay for a plugin like this, I found WP Link Status Pro on CodeCanyon. There’s a demo of the plugin on their website that you can download and try it out. I tested it and it works just like BLC and has some other bells and whistles. Here’s the link if you’re interested.

Does the issue still persist after the latest update?

Too early to tell as the update came out today.
I’ll let you know next week after I have had another scheduled post.

Update: it’s not fixed. Yesterday I scheduled a post to be published next Wednesday. Today the plugin reported broken links for that post, it’s about internal links to an anchor in that same post like this:
