Reports not available to user despite being check in settings

  • For some reason when i select “shop manager” to be able to view reports, it doesn’t allow that user to view the reports and remains red in the custom menu view.

    –> I’ve checked all the regular user settings, still viewing reports for this user type is disallowed, even though it is checked in the display settings area.

    Please advise.

    Hey there,

    SOrry for any inconvenience. It sounds like you are trying to grant access for a user role to something they are not normally allowed.

    Unfortunately, this will not work. If they are not allowed to view the Reports originally, then adding it to their menu will not allow them to view it.

    You may want to look into User Role Editor to grant the user or role access to the Reports page.
