• I cannot make a report of the sold tickets.
    In the dropdown where I select the event is only — visible.
    Exporting to CSV give an empty sheet. Also displaying on screen is empty.

    What can I do to get a complete list of the tickets?

    Do you have completed sales? (Look in the ‘Payments’ section and whether any payments are marked as ‘Completed’)
