Reports tab not showing sales on Collection-based (Buy X / Get Y) rule

    On the order meta in WooCommerce applied_rules:[] is empty on any Collection-based rule sets for Buy X Get Y discount types. The meta for “simple_discount” shows id, title, type, etc. flawlessly.
    In the WDR > Reports tab, any simple rules are shown on the graph. The Buy X Get Y sales are not reflected there. Reporting is almost instantaneous when those discounts are applied to sales. What is preventing Collection-based rules or Buy X Get Y sales from not showing up?
    There aren’t specific settings in the rules or collections nor in the WDR > Settings tab for reporting.
    For reference: the rules are set by filtering a collection and the discount is counted by Buy X Get Y – Collections.

    Thanks so much for the update!
    We’ll install the new version of the core plugin and test it on our dev site before deploying to production.
    As an in-house rule, we don’t have any plugins set to auto-update. We’ve been burned by surprise updates in the past.

    We deployed & tested this on our dev site. Works as expected!
    Will deploy to production EOD.
