Reposition comment meta data

  • Hi, I am developing a website for my client, the theme uses default comment system/template. The client wants that the date and time on which comment was posted should appear below the actual comment (paragraph), it appears above the actual comment right now. Kindly tell me which file should I edit to get this fixed?
