Reposition navigation logo

This is my site https://www.ica.twindaen.nl/trainingen/
And i’m wondring if someone can give me some css code to reposition my navigation and logo.

If you’re at the top of the page, i want my navigation at the bottom of my header.
If you’re crolled down you can see that my logo is not at the top of that header, but 10 px lower.

I can’t find a proper code, of location to reposition both, can anyone help me with this?
