Repositioning background color

I want to move the top of the brown to go right underneath the header. Also, I want my breadcrumbs to be shown on the brown. Basically, I do not want the white showing under the header. I don’t know how to move the background up. I played around with the barging and the padding with no avail. Can somebody help me?
