Repositioning/order of photos not saving

I am having the same problem. Moved a photo third down to top, clicked update and it reverted to where it was.

The “up” “down” buttons are not working yet. The suggestion to drag them does work. Hover over the photo to get a crosshair, click, drag, drop, click “update”. ??
