Repurchase WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons?

  • Purchased WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons from WPSPRING.COM.

    No reply from support.

    Do we need to repurchase from woo for hands-on support? (or is there some other support option).

    Problem is that cart hangs on credit card purchases if the ‘do you accept’ Shipping Terms checkbox (created via Checkout Add-Ons) is not checked when processing order, then checked and attempt again to process order.

    Other purchase options such as Purchase Order or Will Call process the order.

    In addition the error message shows twice …

    Accept Shipping Terms is a required field.
    Accept Shipping Terms is a required field.

    Cannot find the version number.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
