    Hi,

When the “Request a Quote” button is hit on product page level, it does not get added to the quote list. Only when the button is hit on the product archive page. Any idea what could be causing it and how to fix it?

Thanks for any help in advance.

    Hello,
The plugin will allow you to add the product to the quote list from both shop and product pages. If it is not working, could you please try with the default theme & disable other plugins to confirm it is not because of the theme or other plugin compatibility issue on your site?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

Requesting you to raise a support ticket with us with the site details. We shall log in and check the root cause.

I’m having the same issue. Everything works find on the shop page but not on the product page (does not affect the add to quote list). Was there a solution to the previous request?

    Hello @davidkillpack,

A new version (1.1.3) of the plugin is released which has an issue fixed for the products with undefined quantity. Could you please update the version and let us know the feedback.
