Request a quote not working

    I’m creating a wholesale shop with the idea that buyers should only request a quote for products that they want. So I do not want any prices visible and no payment option available. I have set it up according to the documentation but when I get to the “View Cart” step I can see that the prices are now visible and there is a “Proceed to checkout” button instead of “Request a quotation”. Clicking on this button makes the screen flash black for a split second and then back to the same page.

    I have created the Dynamic Rule.
    I have hidden prices.

    What am I missing?

    Hi there,

    The problem may be that the site is using the Blocks version of the cart or checkout pages.

    At the moment, the quote request feature is only fully compatible with the shortcode versions.

    To solve this, please try to edit your cart / checkout page and replace the blocks version of the cart and checkout with the classic one – there should be a button there for that.

    Thanks for the response!
    I was able to edit the cart page and change it to Classic which helps a bit as the prices are at least now hidden on the cart page. But now the “Proceed To Checkout” button has been replaced with a “Update Cart” button.
    Still no button saying “Request a Quote”.
    The checkout page cannot be edited at all and I think just directs to the cart page anyway.

    Any advice?

    Is it possible to customize the Offer pdf to include payment details?

    Regarding the missing request a quote button, please try to enable it here in B2BKing -> Settings -> Other: https://prnt.sc/jp8JHkXKL5st

    If enabled there but still you do not see it, it may be some kind of theme conflict. I’d suggest trying to switch to the Storefront theme to test if the issue still happens.

    Regarding the offer PDF, payment details would have to be entered under the “custom text” area: https://prnt.sc/EG8DbV9lsx3u
