REQUEST: add options to block site from indexing

    A feature to block search engine crawlers from indexing the site with:

    HTTP 200 OK
    HTTP 301 redirect
    HTTP 503 Service unavailable (to prevent Google from listing your site at all)

    would be useful for pure dev sites…
