Request : add possibility to use custom templates

    I’ve added my custom template by rewriting the code, which is not ideal.
    I added one line : $this->_templates, line 15: ‘custom’ => __(‘Custom’, ‘sbmodal’),

    It would be really nice if it could be a loop instead so that u can add your custom templates without editing the code.
