Request: Allow displaying only one post in the widget

Hi guys, great plugin!
Would you be up for making a tiny change to the widget settings in your next update? At the moment you can’t show fewer than 2 posts in total in the widget. I’d really like to just be able to display *one*. Seems it would make the widget more flexible with not much work. ?? Would very much appreciate it!
