Request and payment are not displayed

  • Arriving at the order stage and the payment method the blocks are not displayed and a blank page is left, what should I do?

    This sounds like a conflict with the theme or with another plugin.

    What theme are you using?

    What other plugins are you using?

    Could you change the theme to twentysixteen and disable the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue?

    I’m using the chromium theme and the only error that appears on the console is this: [DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id #coupon_code: (More info: https://goo.gl/9p2vKq)

    The console error is not enough to make the Order and the Payment blocks disappear.

    I cannot test with the Chromium theme, as it is a commercial theme and I don’t have access to it. Do you have a link to your website? This way I can look into the HTML and get a bit more information.

    So you tried to disable plugins and change the theme in order to find which one is causing the issue? The issue shows up only in combination with the Chromium theme?

    I did not test with other themes while, I’m trying to search first to see if there is any information on why this problem is connected

    I had a similar issue before with someone using the PagSeguro payment method. Could you try to activate the multi-step checkout plugin and deactivate the PagSeguro payment method? At least this way we’ll find out if this is causing the conflict or not.
