request: announcement bar on top of the pages

I really like your pop-up plugin because it’s so simple to use and also looking great!! ??

so I have the following question: I’d also need a plugin which works like this https://sleekannounce.com/ and I wanted to ask if you could program something like this in the future. the programmers of https://sleekannounce.com/ are unfortunately not answering because there are a few problems with this plugin (e.g. on mobile phones the countdown isn’t working as well as the X to close the announcement which makes it kind of useless…).
