Seems like this should happen automatically, rather then having to go in and disable reports for a form that is no longer live? Thanks!

    Hi @indalia,

I hope you are doing well today!

Please clarify if you are referring to the Forminator->Reports->Notifications section and suggesting those activated notifications should be disabled then the form is unpublished. Is that correct?

    Kind regards,

Hello @wpmudevsupport15! Yes please. We’d assumed when we unpublished the forms that the weekly reports would stop…obviously if we’re not using the form then we don’t need reports on submissions ;).

    Thanks!

    Hi @indalia

I made multiple tests in my lab and as soon my form is unpublished the Notifications from Forminator->Reports->Notifications for that form is gone from list and no email is triggered. As soon I publish my form again and change the hour (so I can see the email for test purposes) I get the email with reports.

Can you let us know do you still see Notification on the list for that form in Forminator->Reports->Notifications even if that form is unpublished?

Or it is more like, you don’t see that on list and email is still send?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

I’ve already disabled the notification so it’s now showing now, but yes, prior to, the form had been unpublished but was still sending reports.

    Hi @indalia

As I was not able to replicate the main issue, can you let us know if your site exists any other forms that also have reports & notification setups and they will be unpublished soon? I ask because this will be the only way to troubleshoot this correctly.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
