REQUEST: Change menu links for WPMU

    The plugin looks great, seems to get a lot of good reviews and I look forward to using it. However, as a super admin of a multisite network the menu links for this plugin become slightly annoying. Most multisite plugins meant to be network activated only have links in the network dashboard. I would really like to have this plugin behave the same way before installing it.

    Please consider adding a network dashboard link and removing the links from all sub sites when this plugin is network enabled.
