    Hi I keep getting the error

    request error not JSON “false,”msg””:{“updated”:[“***forbidden.contains contacts. need manually approve***]}});

    I have been using mailpoet for months but as of yesterday I couldn’t send a preview to my email and this morning when I did it showed the error message. Please help!

    Hi I’m using my own website.

    I’m getting the same error message when trying to send a test message. Using own website and php mail. Everything was working for many months.

    And here is the error message when trying to sign up with the form.

    Hi ottomek,
    I’m getting this error for my admin email address but not for my google. Unfortunately I need to send the email using my official email address. Have you tried sending a test email to another email address.

    I’ve seen the error on your log in form – I don’t have that problem on my site.

    Problem A: Sendwith
    I tried using gmail but still get same error, won’t let me save in this SendWith… page.

    Turned on error logging but not seeing any errors when I go to the MailPoet Logs.

    I tried turning off Mod_security in hosting but that didn’t change anything.

    Problem B: Public Email sign-up.
    And still getting error message when attempting to sign-up on public area.

    That’s tricky. I hope someone can help us quickly

    After reading another support post that had web host mod_security issues I emailed my web host and they did change something on the server and everything is working now.

    They didn’t say what they change with mod_security and it must have been extra on top of my mod_security in hosting cpanel which I could disable.

    Yes, if you change sending methods and still doesn’t work, talk to your host about mod_security.

    Thank you Ottomek and mailpoet staff. I will try this.
