Request: External link in new window

    Hi Franky,

    I would really appreciate to have external links for events opened in a new tab. Is that possible.

    Don`t want to have my customers leaving my site completly. ??

    External links are in fact meant to point people to new places. If you don’t like the behavior, disable that in the settings and create your own links with _EXTERNALURL
    Personally, I don’t like new pages all the time …

    thanks for your fast reposonds. I can disable it in the settings? Didn`t find it. Could you explain where to disable it and what I have to do to use my own _EXTERNALURL.

    See the option “Use external url for single events or locations?”
    For the rest, the placeholder #_EXTERNALURL will return the external url, so you can build your own links easily.

    Mhm, okay got the option and it`s already true. But I am quite not sure how to adapt the #_EXTERNALURL to get it open a new tab or window. ??
