request for assistant on the sales journey

  • Hello, I created a ticket office with your tool.

    Several things:

    • I would like my customers to identify themselves and create an account in my online store before reserving their place, how do I do this?
    • Then I would like payment to be made before the reservation is approved.
    • On a computer, the “-” button disappears from the plug-in, it is cut off at the bottom, how can I make it reappear? and
    • Finally during the event, I would like by flashing the QR code to see if the QR code has already been flashed once and when ? Is that possible with you App ? And I only have an iPhone…

    1. In settings you turn on “Require WordPress login”. So only logged in WordPress users can make a booking.
    2. In settings you can configure it.
    3. Can you provide a screenshot?
    4. Currently the App does not have that feature.

    Thanks for your answer, and when you are connected and your reservation in completed, you always have your PDF in your WP account fields ?

    Do you think you can add this functionality ? Because in France, it is a reglementary need… Our event is on October

    Not sure what you meant by “WP account fields”. Can you provide more info?

    This feels like some sort of custom setup (theme or plugin) you have. I don’t think I am able to help.

    Hello,

    I selected “Set paid booking approved : “Set booking approved automatically when payment has been completed.?” but it seems that it doesn’t work well, the payment is completed on Stripe but the booking statue is not automatically changed from “pending” to “approved”. Why ?

    Are you testing your site locally or is it live? In stripe developers dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks) you should have webhook for your website. If its missing then create it again by disabling seatreg stripe and enabeling it again. It should create the webhook.

    Do you think you can add the function that when you flash the QR code, you see if the QR code has already been flashed and when ?

    It is the only feature I see to improve your plug in, except maybe to be able to change a bit the visual aspects (colors, types, buttons etc) to match with the graphic charter of the event !

    In registration settings you can add custom styles to your registration view. That way you can change the visual aspects.
    The flash QR code feature should be doable. Lets see if I have time and motivation…
