Request for download limition

Hi
Please add separated download limitation for each ranking.

– Count down for showing the download link and speed limitation.
For instance: The guest will wait for 50 seconds after clicking the download button to get the download started, and the speed will be limited.
But for members the download would start immediately without speed limitation.

– Daily download number limitation for each ranking.
For instance: Guests would be able to download 5 files per day. It would be 10 files for members and unlimited numbers for admins.

We would be grateful if you add these futures to your nice plugin.
