Request for feature improvements

Great plugin. But following things can be improved:

1. It would be good if the links Login / Billing / Shipping / Order Info / Payment Info were clickable so that customers can go steps back (only back) without multiple button pressing.

2. When clicking next or back button the page goes to top and not stays at botton.

3. Ability to hide “login” text if it has been disabled in woocommerce

Still a great plugin.
