request for native wmpl & start and end date

    hi there, first super nice plugin!
    it currently works well with wpml and tring translation. but it would be nice to have a language setup natively in the settings.

    my second request would be to have the possibility to setup a start and end date & time for showing the notification bar. so it would be more useful for certain marketing campaigns.

    could you please address that to the devs.
