PlugIn or help about mapping / GeoFencing

Hey guys,

don′t know if I am here really right in requests. But I will give it a try.

We develop a site to apple and android, so far so good. Work fine with the convert.

Now we need the following, and at time have no idea (of course searched for Plugins):

We want to generate a GeoFencing, means that a customer reach a supported area and get a notification on mobile device with whatever we put in (advertising, coupon)

Mainly we want to say: Hey look here is the next station from us, take a look on the store.

But as best without any NFC chips, because need a surrounding view around 500 Meters around the user.

Is someone here who know where to get or give the way how to realize this? Programming is not the matter but as best short ways cause time is running ?? as usual lolololol.
