Request for quote

    Hi,

    Our Woocommerce shop accept only quote requests through cart and checkout pages.
    The system works well, the GA gets the traffic data, but not any sales data. In the shop we have 2 statuses for request for quote (new request and proposal) and all basic Woocommerce statuses, but none of them appear in GA.
    Do you have any idea what should we do?

    Hi @sziban,

    Thanks for posting us.

    The “Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin for WooCommerce” plugin out of the box tracks all the data on a store that follows standard WooCommerce implementation and checkout process.

    It seems that the checkout flow or thankyou page in the store – terkodepo.hu/uzlet/ is not as per the standard implementation and that’s the reason sales data are not getting tracked in GA.

    Further, we can offer a different solution that would track all eCommerce as well as sales data at the cart and checkout pages.

    Just FYI, We can’t share more details about the solution due to forum policies. We would have communicated it if the mode of communication would have been other.
