Request: Help Debugging Theme

Hi,

I just updated to the latest WordPress.

A custom theme I was using was broken by the upgrade.

The display is fine if you go directly the blog, but if you use a direct link to a post the main content area bleeds into the side bar on the right

The custom theme I have is a child theme of the Twenty Eleven theme I customized.

It has been several years since I have done web work and CSS so I was wondering if I could get a little bit of help finding out the problem is and what the solution is.
