Request: Improve Link Quicktag.

I wonder if there is a way to power-up the way wordpress’ quicktag adds a link.

Lets say (1)I wanted the links to include a title=””, or (2)maybe i’d like to employ those new Technorati tags…
(3) maybe even make all links external to my own blog open in a new window?

any thoughts?
